【重要】セリ画面・オークション情報のSNS等への無断転載禁止について

近年、お取引会員様において、当会場並びに提携会場の「セリ端末画面」「出品票」「落札価格等のデータ」等を撮影し、SNS（X、Instagram、YouTube、TikTok等）や各種動画サイトへ投稿し、第三者が閲覧可能な状態としている事例が報告されています。

当社ならびに提携会場より提供している各種画面および情報は、会員間取引における機密情報であり、会員規約においても第三者への漏洩・公開を禁じております。会員相互の円滑な取引と健全な中古車流通維持のため、下記の通り改めてご注意いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

1. 禁止事項

・セリ端末画面（ポス画面・ネットセリ画面）の画像・動画撮影およびSNS等への投稿

・出品票、出品車両画像、落札価格、応札状況等の情報を外部へ転載・公開する行為

・会場内における無断撮影およびライブ配信行為等

2. 対象媒体

・X（旧Twitter）、Instagram、Facebook、YouTube、TikTok、ブログ等の各種Webメディア

3. 規約違反における対応

万が一、上記禁止行為が発覚した場合は、会員規約に基づき【ポス利用停止・会員資格の停止・退会処分】等の処分、同時に提携会場規約に基づく処分が科せられる場合がございます。また、悪質な情報漏洩により損害が発生した場合は、損害賠償を請求させていただく場合もございます。

会員の皆様が安心して取引を行える環境づくりのため、何卒ご理解とご協力のほどよろしく

We sincerely hope for your company's continued prosperity. We would also like to express our deepest gratitude for your exceptional patronage.

In recent years, there have been reported cases where our members have taken photos or videos of "auction terminal screens," "exhibition slips," and "data such as successful bid prices" at our venues as well as affiliated venues, and posted them on social media (X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and various video sites, making them accessible to third parties.

The various screens and information provided by our company and affiliated venues are confidential information in member-to-member transactions, and our membership agreement strictly prohibits the leakage or disclosure of this information to third parties

. To ensure smooth transactions among members and to maintain a healthy used car distribution market, we kindly request your strict attention to the following guidelines.

1. Prohibited Acts

•Taking images or videos of auction terminal screens (POS screens, online auction screens) and posting them on social media, etc.

•Reprinting or disclosing information to external parties, such as exhibition slips, images of exhibited vehicles, successful bid prices, and bidding status.

•Unauthorized photography/filming and live streaming within the venue, etc.

2. Target Media

•Various web media including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and blogs.

3. Responses to Agreement Violations

In the event that the aforementioned prohibited acts are discovered, penalties such as [Suspension of POS use, Suspension of membership, or Expulsion] may be imposed in accordance with the membership agreement, and simultaneously, penalties based on the agreements of affiliated venues may also be applied.

Furthermore, if damages occur as a result of malicious information leakage, we may claim compensation for those damages.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in creating an environment where all members can conduct transactions with peace of mind.
